Important note about response times. In general, we attempt to response to all request within 24 hours within the general working week of Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM. However, responses may take place outside of this time. Please be aware that this does NOT indicate a 24/7 support system (i.e. 24 hours 7 days a week), rather it is a 'good faith effort' to assist people when staff decide they wish to intervene in the 'off' hours.
